The website consists of static files hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. using Cloudflare Workers with static assets. There is no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following information for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if the browser sends it.
• Country derived from the IP address.

This processing delivers the website, protects it against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and enables the start-page language redirect. Delivery and security processing is based on legitimate interests under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f): making the website available and keeping it secure. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The website’s own scripts set no cookies. On pages with a sticky bar, they use sessionStorage with the key “cta-x” to remember that you closed the bar. This browser-storage entry is cleared when the tab is closed.

No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources and contain no embedded third-party content. There are no forms.

Partner buttons link through tvsm.space and may earn us a commission. The link includes source tags identifying this website, page, language and button position. Following it sends a request to an external service, which may process your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. The tags do not contain your account password or identity documents.

Other external links lead to sources, regulators or help services. Data is transferred to those websites only when you click a link.

Contact is by email through a mailto link, not a contact form. Messages to tevezmc32@gmail.com are handled using Google LLC’s Gmail service. Answering emails is based on GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f), depending on the nature of the request. See Google’s privacy policy.

The controller is established in Ukraine, outside the European Economic Area. Hosting and email services may also involve processing outside the EEA.

• Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.
• Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including the Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension. See Google’s data transfer frameworks.

The website itself stores no personal data. Its Worker does not write request logs, and Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data under its own terms. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; no fixed deletion period has been set.

Where applicable, GDPR Art. 15–21 provide rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Send requests concerning these rights to tevezmc32@gmail.com.
